This little part of town had to be a favorite by now. The proof was there, Josh always was walking through, glancing at the sales and food for hours. This occured almost everyday. Well, it wasn;t much like China. China was a bit more full and had more to see, but it seemed as though this place was a miniture version all in it's own. Maybe that's why he liked it so much. Either way the proof was there. Food, sales, items, and people. Yes the people. That was sometimes a problem. Whenever Josh had come down here, and saw all these people, the urges were strong. People would yell things out, half the time not realizing what they said, like "I wish you would die!" Or "I wish you would ljsut go away!" even "I wish I wasn;t here.". Ah yes. The urges were great.
Josh of course still had his powers and could easily grant them if he wanted, even collect more souls while he was at it. Ramaje's words were still strong in his mind. It had been over 30 years they had not spoken, but his voice was still almost new to his brain. 'Never leave an opportunity unguarded. Take it while you have the chance.' But of course he wasn't here, and Josh had moved on. There would be no more killings while he was taking this time. He needed this time. A break. A lot of Djinn never took breaks, but Josh was different from the start. He changed from a wish as the rest were born or mutated into what they are now.
Walking along the food stands, he gave glances at everything, giving each their own little rating in the back of his head. With hands shoved in his pockets, Josh whistled a quiet little tune to himself.
