Zyiamu's travels led her to the Subway Station. Diego, her fox companion walked at her side. He was in the size of a normal red fox at the time being, for being in a large, demonic transformation form would be far to eyecatching. Zyiamu and Diego got enough glares as they were, they didn't need any more reasons.
Zyiamu always dressed, atleast when not in battle, in a gothic pair of pants, chains clipped down the sides and zippers everywhere. They were stitched with a loud, purple thread, and were so long you couldn't see her feet as she walked...not that you need to, under her pants is just a pair of normal skatebording sneakers. She wore a purple tanktop and a barbed wire necklace that reminds her of her past. On cold nights such as this one, she wore a black trench coat. Undernieth her long black hair, and oversized bangs, she had two pairs of fox ears that stick out like a sore thumb. They were the same redish color that Diego was, with black at the very tips. If that wasn't enough she also had a fox tail made to stick out of her pants, for it is far to painful to try to keep it in a small area.
Taking the steps to the lower levels, she noticed a number of homeless men sitting on the edges of the rooms. Then you can see some pale beings, all dressed in black looking up with a glare, and seeing their stare soften noticing whom they were messing with. Zyiamu looked down to Diego and he looked up to her with his ice blue eyes.
So where are we going Diego? She spoke in a cold, and almost dead voice. Truth was, she had no idea where she was going, or even why. Always running, always fighting through the feeling of being watched.

Vrash had been going to catch a train to the other side of town, but whilst looking at the map that showed where the trains went, he caught a strangely alluring scent from the air. Looking up towards where the scent was coming from, he saw a girl with long black hair and strange fox ears sprouting from the top of her head. He could've sworn he also swore he saw a fox tail, too. This, along with the fact she was walking with and talking to a fox, told Vrash what she most like was.
He looked around, seeing all the mortals nearby were trying to avoid even seeing the girl. Giving a small shrug, the Carnal Demon approached the foxy girl with a friendly and polite smile. "Hey, what's a pretty little Kitsune doing in a horrid city like this?" He sounded like he was hitting on her, but he only meant it as a start for conversation.

Zyiamu turned around, and gazed over to the guy who approched her. Surpising enough he actually came to her instead of running away. She had to hand it to him, he had guts to approch her in the manor that he did. Never the less she looked as if she were glaring at him when she turned around, but that was just a facial expression that she held, not that she really cared anyway.
Diego was down at her feet, and looked up to the male. His eyes narrowed for he didn't know who this guy thought he was stepping up to his master like that. Diego is the protector of Zyiamu, and will do just that until his death if he found the need to.
Zyaimu took a deep breath, and gazed over at him. She spoke, her voice quiet and cold, a shiver of darkness spread through her voice and up the spines of those around her when the tone escaped from her grim lips.
Surviving.
It was all she said, atleast for the time being. She looked down to the ground, and saw Diego expressing slight discomfert. Raising her gaze from the small kitsune at the ground, Zyiamu looked into the eyes of the man. No one has ever expressed any true interest in her alive without violent actions attached since her father died, with the exception of Diego...it was strange.
Why do you ask?

"Because I'm curious. Why else do people ask questions?" He responded with, what he thought was, a witty remark. The Carnal Demon smirked at the girl, unaffected by her cold voice that would send shivers up the spine of many a mortal. He'd had conversations with slug demons, and they had voices that were as hard on the ears as anything one could imagine.
"Why don't you cover up your ears? Hide your tail? Make your little companion here look like a dog to the mortals? It should be simplefor a Kitsune, shouldn't it?" He was beginning to think she either wanted trouble to find her or she might not actually be able to control the illusionary magic most Kitsune were born with.

Zyiamu's harsh glare held strong when he replied with a smart remark. She thought of it being disrespectful, but this man seemed more futuristic then she was....it was probably just a harmless part of the short, and distant conversation they were holding...probably.
She shook her head, and the scowl that was upon her soft face disapeared. Now it was expressing neither anger or joy....she was just there, not for this happening, but not against either. She listened to his questions, he sure liked to ask many, but it is normal for people...or beings in general to do such. She could tell he was not human, which is why he was so different then all the others.
Suddenly though, she spoke with much anger and hatred. Her words were bitter, but no fury was being pushed to Vrash himself, but in general. Because I don't want to be one of those ignorant, good for nothing mortal HUMANS! Her sudden outburst faded once again, and she once again regained her disposition of being neutral. Look, I dislike the humans so much because of the scars that they left on me in the past, that I would rather risk trouble looking as I am...upposed to blending in and having to worry about what humans think, or humans finding out.
My father always taught me to be proud of who you really are, that is alot coming from a shapeshifter. That is why I only morph into forms of the kitsune....because that is whom I am. I will not try to prove myself to be someone whom I am not.
