"Uh, maybe, I am not totally sure..." She trailed off, thinking of the past times she had been able to make the sheild. SHe still couldn't do it on comand, she needed something to trigger it. "Hit me," Isis said then, turning to look at Strike. "If you try to hit me, it should work... Otherwise I don't think I can do it on command...." She waited for his response, hoping he wouldn't not do it for 'fear of hurting her', like so many other males probably would. "Unless you can tell me how to make it appear otherwise...."

Strike's eyes slightly widened, for he was not expecting to hear such a responce. But soon enough, a frown appeared on his expression. "Well I will tell you how to control it, but I first rather see how you handle it." Once more that frowned appeared. "My apologies." and to that, his hand balled into a fist, soon to fly through the air straight towards her. If it did not appear all he would have to do discontinue his path. His fist came at her at normal speed, nothing special for he only wanted to see reaction.

Watching his fist come at her, she felt the familiar feeling of tensing going on inside her. A second before his fist made contact with her body, a powerful sensation coarsed though her, and her eyes shut as she felt it push outwards. Not feeling the fist, she opened her eyes slowly, to look out upon Stirke who appeared to have a soft violet tinge to him, as well as everything around. As she had guessed, the violet sheild had produced itself, protecting her as it had all her life for reasons she had not known why. "Is... Is this what you wanted to see...?" She asked.

The force of her power threw Strike back, the whole couch he sat on and himself all flipped backwards. With a couple blinks, he sat up the best he could and grinned at her. "Exactly! Damn, if you can learn to control that you may be able to do more things than i thought!" he exclaimed with great happiness to him. "I knew you were different with your name and color and all, but damn!" It was rare to find someone who could possibl;y be remotely as good as a royal, but it seemed she may be closer to it than he had originall thought. Coming to a stand, he refixed the couch and gave a short laugh, resitting. "Now, all we have to do is help you learn to harness that power." he grinned like a little kid at christmas.

EYes widening in seeing Strike and the couch flipped over backwards on the floor, then hearing the one of his voice and his expression, Isis couldnt help but let out a small laugh and a wide smile of her own. "You really think so?" She asked, her eyes bright, matching her smile. As he fixed the couch again, and the sat down once more, she thought about what he had just said. Harnessing her powers, it sounded like something right out of a fantasy movie, sending a small shiver down her spine. "Yeah..." She said somewhat softly, eyes blurring out of focus for a few seconds before she blinked, looking back into Strikes face.

Strike still grinned and nodded to her. "See, as you go on, that one little power can move into something bigger. Right now it protects you at a minimal amount of space. I once got mine to cover my old house...but that was 100% mistake and we wont go there.' Strike's eyes forcused on the TV not far away and he looked back at her. "See the TV?" he indicated his head towards it. Holding out his hand, the palm facing the object slightly, a sliverness crawled up it, it was like liquid, but as it covered the entire thing, it grew more solid. "You can learn to protect other things besides yourself as well." He dropped the shield.

Mouth dropping open slightly as she watched the silver form around the tv. Looking back and forth between his hand and the tv, she closed her eyes for a moment before reopening them again. "Wow, my god, I have never seen anything like it..... And I can.... I can do that?" She asked in a somewhat hesitant voice. It was hard to beleive, so out of the ordinary and defiying everything she had ever been taught. Isis looked down into the palm of her hand, as if examining it. "All from the power of my mind...?" Ask said in a low awed voice to herself as well as Strike.

As soon as Strike was sure she got a good view on the power, he closed his hand into a fist, quickly pulling his arm back to his side. "Yupp. Or so I am thinking. But it does leave your hand a little tingly after." Strike gave a laught to that and frantically shook his hand. "It doesn't so much come from your mind as much as your body itself. Your mind does help of course, in the process of thinking and all. But see, your energy center is not your brain liek it is with many other demons and such. It's your heart. That's what a Kragarian is. We started out as life forces, no form at all. Just built up energy with knowledge."
Strike gave a pause and a grin, resting his hand back down. "You're capable of much, you already know what you can do. It's just a matter of finding out. That's what I'm hoping to accomplish with you. It's a lot of information to gather, but it's your birth right."

Isis listened to what he had to say, nodding as he finished. It still was all so new, so fresh and looked to be unexplainable. Yet here he was, defying the undefyable, and she was just sitting her like a dumb little child. "How long did it take you to learn your powers?" She asked curiously, lavender eyes bright with many other questions, yet unable to put them in an order. It felt almost embarrassing that she was almost as old as Strike now, and he probably knew all the things she could probably do with ease, like learning to talk as a baby, something everyone of the kind knew how to do. Fiddling with a ring that was on her middle finger, she waited for his response. This was going to take a while, and she knew it.

Her question made him think a little extra. "Well," he began, crossing his arms across his chest and leaning abck on the couch, getting a little more comfortable. "I grew up with someone who knew the kind for over several hundred years, you did not. I had a slight advantage there. But it's taking me up until now and much later. The shield is one I learned as a child, the sense of security for a child is high." he gave a grin. "At first it was like yours, only me. But as I grew older and my father pushed me, damn his soul, I got to learn it much better. After that, my mother was the only one left and she taught me just about everything else. Except combat, that's just something natural to us and something, once more, my father pressured on me." He gave a sigh to this, the topic of his father was not a pleasant one to Strike. "But like I said, I still haven't learned a lot of what I can do. We live for eternity if you can, Isis, plenty of time to gather the knowledge." It was at that point he wondered how long she thought they lived for. Well, her reaction would soon tell him.

Isis' mouth nearly dropped open as he told of them living for eternity. The weight of it was huge, nearly overwhelming. It was something that was unimaginable to most, and for good reason. Only in fairy tale did people live for eternity. Sitting back into the couch, Isis turned back to the TV that Strike had only moments before covered in a silvery shield, also something so unimaginable. Closing her eyes for a moment, Isis just sat and pondered over it all. She had so much to learn, so much to find out, it seemed it might just take an eternity to figure it all out. Never in her life did she imagine this could be her future, so complicated and different than everyone else around her. Reopening her eyes, she returned her gaze to Strike. "I don't know what to say, everything seems to unreal, yet it is, which you just showed me..." She trailed off, not being able to say anything else.

"Well, things will get much more real as we move along. There's so much you already don't know and so much we have to do before too much later in time." Strike gave a pause. Slightly shifting his weight, he tilted his head to the side slightly. "So....what else can you tell me about yourself? I still don;t know much about you." Aquiring a new friend, generally one takes the chance to get this information sooner than later, but with the situation they were in, Strike had gotten too caught up in the reason they met. He still thought it was somewhat funny how they did, a dark street in a hellish city, only by curiosity.

Isis let a small smile touch her lips then, almost laughing outright for th fact that they had gotten this far, and they still knew almost thing about one another exept for the fact that they both were of a nearly extinct species. "About myself? There isn't much to know really, I grew up in a somewhat normal household, I grew older and moved here... I haven't really done much in this city, just wander and meet the inhabitance, possibly making friends... I haven't seen much else of what to do with my life as it was..." She spoke, averting her eyes from his for a few moments to think back on her life. She had not done anything special really, the only thing considered anything out of the ordinary being able to create that sheild-like bubble. Giving a small sigh followed by a slight shrug, Isis let her gaze move once more to Strike's. He seemed an interesting man, who probably had done so much more in his life thusfar than herself.

Striek listened and gave her a nod when she was finished. "So you're still fresh pretty much. Well, that's good, easier to explain things I suppose." he have a short laugh but soon stopped and cleared his throat. "Listen, there is so much to explain and plenty of time to do it in. Maybe we can continue this at another point, at another location? Right now I still have some errands I need to finish up, but maybe tomarrow we can meet up and talk some more?" The suggestion was out, now all he had to do was wait for the reply.

Isis was silent for a moment longer before responding, her lavender eye's traveling the the silver of Strikes. "Oh, yes, of coarse," She blurted out, standing suddenly letting her gaze move toward the window before looking back to him, gaging how much time they had already spent just sitting her talking. "We could meet tomorrow, or whenever is best for you, just tell me where and I will be there," Her words were spoken rather quickly, coming out in bursts more than actual sentences.
Inside her head, many thought were whirling, many having already been there, ever since she found out what she was, but now questions of who she was were flooding through. Embarrassment, unexpected, coursed upward, showing clearly in her cheeps which were turning a light pink. She didn't know why, but being around him for some reason was making her feel suddenly very self-conscious, and the fact that she had stopped him right in the middle of his day when he had other things to tend to... She shook her head slightly, attempting to hide the pink which was now coloring her face. "Sorry, I didn't mean to keep you at all, if I did..." She trailed off, raising her eye's to meet his once again, a small smile forcing its way upon her lips.
